I’m happiest when a messy brief turns into a clear plan and a team that knows exactly what’s next. I ask a lot of questions early, so there are fewer surprises late.
I started out running an online store, which taught me to care about every click between a customer and checkout. Since then I’ve led teams at agencies and in-house, and I still get a kick out of launch day.
Away from delivery, I’m into fashion and styling. I also build side projects to try new ideas and AI tools, which is how Winger and Mise came about.
